A. Standard delivery is £4.99 but we do offer free delivery on all UK orders over £30 which is auto applied at checkout.

How Much Does It Cost To Personalise My Item? 

A. ITS FREE! There is no unexpected costs for personalisation, all of our products include personalisation in the cost!

How Long Does Delivery Take?

A. You will receive your order within 3 Business Days from ordering. You will be kept up to date with your orders progress either via text or email. 

How Do I Send My Personalised Info?

A. Each item includes its own custom editing boxes. Please ensure you complete the text as needed before adding the item to your cart. If we do receive blank custom fields we will always make contact with you to verify your order.

What If I'm Not Happy With My Order?

A. We only send products of the best quality and are confident you will be 100% satisfied with your order. If for any reasons you are unhappy full details of our refund policy can be found here.
